Come and join our award-winning B2B team! We have an opportunity for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract to work as a B2B Sales Co-ordinator in our Business Hub based next to Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. You will manage and support the day-to-day requirements of B2B customers. We’re looking for someone who possesses great customer service skills and can be proactive with customer contact to increase B2B activity.
Location: Portsmouth Gunwharf Head Office
Contract: Fixed Term Contract
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day relationships with B2B customers and responding to incoming calls and emails
- Creating and managing all B2B bookings and amendments as requested by customers
- Managing Dangerous Goods bookings in line with MCA regulations
- Providing management reporting and data when required
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships to retain and grow accounts through detailed analysis
- Supporting stakeholders and customers during service disruptions
- Delivering annual freight and coach forward bookings to a large database
- Updating and managing customer data through CRM and in-house booking systems
- Engaging in project work to support company goals
