3t is currently looking to recruit a 3t Managed Services Manager – Improvements and Onboarding on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle, UK.

The Role
The 3t MS Manager of Improvements and Onboarding role is responsible for successful delivery of process improvements within the MS operations and onboarding new contracts. The role interacts with the full journey of MS operations with a view to improvements in overall process, onboarding and MS operations.
- Collaborate with MS operations teams to develop and deliver process improvements
- Support delivery on customer and internal KPI’s for MS
- Focus on system efficiency and continuous improvement
- Overall responsible to manage the introduction and onboarding of new clients
- Structure plans to improve cost efficiencies to reduce admin in TMS processes
- Interface with 3t and external stakeholders to deliver system improvements on time
- Manage overall roadmap for improvements within the MS team
- Support the team to deliver excellent communications to the clients through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
- Internal liaison with departments to ensure and implement process improvements
- Lead on process mapping and lean methodology of MS process, i.e., value stream mapping
- Responsible for the continuous development and implementation of supplier portal with vendor stakeholder engagement
- Subject Matter Expert on change and process improvement cycle
