Nationwide Primary Care expansion! CHASE are delighted to be partnering with AbbVie on a nationwide Primary Care expansion in Neuroscience. AbbVie’s mission is to discover and deliver innovative medicines and solutions that solve serious health issues today and address the medical challenges of tomorrow. They strive to have a remarkable impact on people’s lives across several key therapeutic areas - immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and eye care.
As an Account Specialist employed by CHASE dedicated to this long term project, you will support a recently launched innovative medicine in an area of high unmet need. You will be the direct contact for key stakeholders to communicate the value proposition, be the main executor of the infield brand strategy and develop customer relationships whilst maximising opportunities based on strong account plans. You will work as part of a cross functional team, with responsibility for the promotion of a new Neuroscience product to prescribers or key influencers in Primary Care.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven pharmaceutical sales experience in Primary Care
- Excellent customer engagement skills to build, develop and maintain internal and external partnerships
- Able to develop strategic business plans for your territory in line with brand strategy
- Strategic mindset, data analytics proficiency
- Cohesive teamworking with cross functional territory and regional colleagues
- Experience of operating in a hybrid primary care role is advantageous
- Curiosity and self-awareness are essential
- A passion for experimentation to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
- Commitment to achieve goals, even when faced with obstacles or setbacks and a strong work ethic
- Solutions focused, resilience and a positive attitude is a must
