I am seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Operations Training Manager to join a dynamic and forward thinking HR team. As an integral member, you will oversee the technical and functional train across 8 sites developing and designing training framework. This role is a national role based offering competitive salary plus car or car allowance plus bonus. It is newly created role and would be a fantastic role for someone who is passionate in driving performance based on a 12 month FTC. Due the site location this would suit someone ideally based within the Midlands area. The Senior Operations Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programmes that enhance employee performance and support the company\’s operational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with various departments to ensure that training initiatives align with business objectives Responsibilities for the Senior Operations Training Manager Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes for operational staff Assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and create targeted training solutions Monitor and report on training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement Foster a culture of learning and development within the organisation.
