Role Overview:
Our team is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining high standards of service. Supervisors support and lead the team to ensure these standards are met. Assist during quiet shifts with tasks such as cleaning, maintenance, and training to keep venues at standard levels. During busy evenings or weekends, serve coffees and cakes, run meals from the kitchen, or assist with setting up for large groups. Work collaboratively as part of a team, multitasking across various responsibilities and supporting colleagues as needed. Engage with all venue teams and contribute to the overall success and journey of the business.
