Department Overview: The London MarketView team is responsible for the support maintenance and development of the MarketView platform. This is an opportunity to join a small team of experienced MarketView professionals that support a number of busy Fixed Income trading desks. Service Management Governance and Maintenance The general operation of the service on a daytoday basis Measurement monitoring and analysis of service levels and key performance indicators (e.g. availability performance etc.) Ensuring an effective incident management process Identification and resolution of service problems both as a result of service incidents and proactively Conduct accurate maintenance of application components in the ING Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Ensuring regular service reviews with internal consumers as well as 3rd parties for offtheshelf applications Risk and Security Management Ensure internal assets in scope are in line with industry standards and global best practices Understanding INGs minimum standards in relation to IT risk and security and obtaining and creating evidence that demonstrates compliance to ING IS policies Determine impact of new/changed ING standards and policies Ensure that the necessary risk related activities are timely performed by the team and/or 3rd parties Assess certificates (like ISO) and Service Organization Control (SOC)/Audit reports received from 3rd party involving 1st Line of Defence Risk and prepares a concluding in control statement to be approved by 1st/2nd Line of Defence Risk and Asset Owner Change Management Assessing impact of change and ensuring appropriate planning and action Ensuring managed and controlled change to the internal asset solutions through planning testing deployment management Operating a change backlog management process in alignment with INGs OAWOW (one Agile Way of Working) Align with the 3rd party and internal stakeholders to establish and manage change and release plans Continuously improve test automation Initiate and manage improvement projects both in ING and where required 3rd party organizations to improve Service and/or Risk and Security Management Remove human actions by increasing automation using the range of tolling available at ING. Main Duties and Responsibilities of Role: 1stline support of the MarketView platform entailing: setup and configuration health capacity and performance monitoring and proactive problem resolution. Working shift patterns and doing outofhours support may be required. Monitoring a support email inbox in order to provide timely resolution of user issues and requests within SLA. The ultimate requirement of this role is to establish and maintain a resilient and performant platform that enables our users can trade effectively and seamlessly whilst protecting INGs reputation through diligent attention to IT security and reliability.
