In this role, you will liaise with internal and external customers to develop a sales pipeline, handle inquiries efficiently, and meet sales targets. Reporting to the Sales Director, your duties will include: Visiting customer sites to nurture relationships and understand their needs, recommending beneficial enhancements or upgrades. Creating and maintaining sales analysis sheets for each inquiry. Reporting enquiry results in weekly sales meetings and providing insights into market demands and competitor activities. Preparing financially viable and competitive quotations for inquiries. Understanding customer budgets and timelines. Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the sales process. Organizing sales handover meetings and supporting project execution from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have prior sales and account management experience with automation systems, preferably within the automotive sector, and hold at least an HND or higher qualification in engineering or business.
