Our client is a well-established and growing organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation. As part of this evolution, they are strengthening their People function to ensure a consistent, high-quality approach to HR support across all areas of the business. This newly created position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a broad and diverse workforce through a period of change and growth.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this role will provide expert guidance and practical support to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters. You will play a key role in ensuring cases are managed fairly and consistently, in line with company procedures and employment legislation. From supporting investigations and hearings to advising on performance, absence, and capability issues, you will be a trusted partner to the business. You will also contribute to broader HR initiatives, including policy development, data analysis, and change management projects.

You will be an experienced HR professional with a sound understanding of employment law and proven experience providing advice across a range of employee relations matters. Confident, organised, and proactive, you will have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and bring a collaborative and solutions-focused approach to your work. CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification is desirable.
