THE POSITION
We are looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training and nail the execution at our studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching and motivating members while leading them through workouts.
- Conducting in-person, goal-oriented consultations with trial members.
- Correcting exercise form to prevent injuries.
- Promoting and selling F45 services, assisting in membership growth and retention.
- Demonstrating exercises with perfect form.
- Providing regressions and progressions for exercises.
- Setting up, cleaning, and storing equipment before and after classes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in an F45 environment preferred.
- Group training experience or potential to excel in it.
- Minimum 1 year as a personal trainer.
- Availability on weekends.
- Strong character, care, and communication skills.
- Energetic and attentive.
- Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; comfortable with public speaking.
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
- Ability to stay on feet and move constantly during workouts.
CERTIFICATIONS
- Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA).
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
