CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Midwest Regional Benefits:

1. Pay:
   • Drivers average $72,000 – $83,000 per year!
   • $1,500 per week
   • Plus accessorials
2. NEW Orientation Pay:
   • Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) – paid in the first 180 days!

3. Orientation info:
   • Rental car or plane ticket (depending on driver’s domicile)
   • Single rooms
   • Breakfast, lunch, & dinner provided
4. Home every weekend

Driver Referral Pay:

• Increased to $5,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) – Fuel the Fleet!
  • First load = $1,000
  • 90 Days = $1,000
  • 120 Days = $1,500
  • 180 Days = $1,500

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Orientation Pay:

• Increased to $10,000 (5/12/2025 through 9/30/2025) – paid in the first 180 days!
  • Week 1: $1,500
  • Week 2: $1,200
  • 120 Days: $2,300
  • 180 Days: $5,000

CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements:

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6 months of flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• No DUI in the past 10 years
• Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, but not required
