The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Booking reports for all Hospitality including occasional out of hours events
- Supporting the General Catering Manager in providing all on-site facilities for our client including restaurant, coffee shop, and hospitality services
- Liaising with the Front of House team to ensure delivery meets company standards
- Working with the GM to ensure all financial targets are met including costings and labour requirements
- Representing the on-site G&G team in a professional manner
- Managing the Front of House team and ensuring all team training is completed
- Working with the Kitchen team to keep the Hospitality menu fresh and enticing
- Demonstrating people management skills
