Transform Learning Through Maths - Become a 1:1 Intervention Tutor (Start ASAP)
Are you an experienced Maths teacher or tutor with a passion for supporting learners with additional needs? Are you looking for a flexible, meaningful role outside the traditional classroom setting? At TP Tutors, we have an exciting opportunity for Maths specialists to provide 1:1 intervention tuition to pupils in your local area. We are looking for educators who are confident supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and who are ready to start as soon as possible.
Your Role Will Include:
- Planning and delivering targeted, engaging Maths sessions tailored to individual student needs (KS1-KS4)
- Providing face-to-face support for learners with SEN such as ASD, SEMH, or PMLD
- Tutoring in agreed settings - such as the pupil's home, care setting, or local library
- Monitoring progress and adjusting learning strategies as needed
- Encouraging pupils to build confidence and develop their skills in Maths
- Using positive behaviour strategies to support focus and participation
This role is perfect for teachers or tutors looking to make a direct impact while working in a flexible and supportive environment.
We are Looking For:
- A strong background in teaching or tutoring Maths
- Experience supporting children with SEN

Requirements:
- An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
