CLIENT EXPERIENCE HOST – CENTRAL LONDON
PRESTIGIOUS LUXURY & HIGH END FASHION / RETAIL BRANDS, BOUTIQUES & DEPARTMENT STORE LOCATIONS
THE COMPANY:
- Work for some of the leading fashion houses & brand names in the premium & luxury retail industry as a host via 360 Talent
- Great way to develop your CV and experience within high end retail

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Confident to be front of house and first face the client meets; positive attitude & body language, taking client queries and booking them in for their appointment via iPad technology ensuring they have an outstanding experience and journey throughout their visit in the store/brand
- Minimum 2 months experience in a hospitality environment
- Flexible to work at least 5 days a week between Monday and Sunday, sometimes with short notice (as we operate a same day cover service)
- Well presented with confidence in giving fantastic client service on the shopfloor and luxury etiquette
