The Opportunity:
Komatsu is looking for you to join our team in Welshpool as an Operator Demonstrator to use your skills as a machine operator, with a background in Machine Control Technology. Your role involves delivering high-quality training and demonstration of earthmoving equipment, ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders receive outstanding operator instruction.
You’ll be creating and delivering training materials for different construction & utility equipment models, working with both accredited and non-accredited programs. Collaboration is key — you’ll be working closely with management and staying in touch with global training teams. You’ll also keep our training records accurate, manage the training schedule, and inspect new machines during handovers to ensure everything’s in order.
Role Located: Welshpool, WA (with travel)
What we are looking for:
- Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Current WA driver’s licence
- Suitable skills and RII qualifications in operating earthmoving equipment
- Ability to foster effective working relationships to enhance productivity and teamwork
- Dedication to continuously improving skills, knowledge, and experience to maintain high standards of service delivery
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral and a strong customer focus with a proven ability to build professional working relationships
