About The Role We have a new exciting opportunity for a new Digital Performance Analyst to join our digital performance team. You’ll support our ambitions business objectives with a combination of optimisation and tagging experience as well as support delivering our experimentation innovation strategy by designing and running A/B and multi-variant testing within a user centred design framework to meet business objectives. With a strong analytical aptitude and varied technical skills this role also spans into digital analytics where you will have expertise in implementing and managing advanced tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM). We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as well as in depth knowledge of Google Analytics, who can review, consult and who is happy to offer new suggestions. We offer Hybrid working but you will be required to work in our Bournemouth offices 2 – 3 days per week. Key Accountabilities Will include; •Support accurate data capture across all platforms. •Assist and support the technical configuration of analytics tagging via Google Tag Manager (GTM) consistent with the business needs. •Support the identification of test cases, sizing the opportunity and return on investment, building a business case for future development. •Design and implementation of digital experiments either through third parties or individually using Optimizely. •Report on findings and recommendations to senior leaders. Skills and Experience •An understanding of User Centred Design and specifically usability testing, and it’s linkage to Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). •Experience in Google tag manager (GTM), set up and configuration of tags. •Knowledge of web development and marketing methods, e.g. attribution modelling for B2B and B2C business models. •Understanding of digital privacy with Content Management Platforms. •Highly developed analytical skills and techniques including advanced knowledge of GA4. •Good commercial acumen. •Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. •The ability to interpret data, extrapolate trends and evaluate performance of marketing activities. •Working knowledge of A/B and Multi View Testing (MVT) software including experiment design and measurement methodologies. •Awareness of change management processes.
