Key Requirements for success as a Talent Sourcer: Talent Sourcing & Research Expertise: Experience in sourcing pan-EMEA, including Europe, Middle East, and Africa, is essential . This includes emerging markets and developing competitive market intelligence using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron. Effective Communication Skills: Ability to gather information through various channels, including calls and in-person networking, to identify prospects.
