One of our favourite international clients is looking for a new Photographers Agent / Producer for their London (UK) offices. If you have previous photo agent / producer experience, strong management skills and a collaborative work ethic, then you’ll fit perfectly into this dynamic team.
With offices in Los Angeles, Paris, Milan and New York City, they represent high-calibre photographers, directors, makeup artists, hair stylists, set designers and fashion stylists who are commissioned internationally for premier fashion, entertainment and advertising campaigns.
About the Role – Responsibilities Include:
- Representation of high-calibre photographers, and development of rising stars
- Innovation and implementation of outreach and marketing strategies for successful acquisition of new business across all industries incl. fashion, lifestyle, luxury, and tech.
- Nurture and retain existing photographer/brand /Ad Agency professional relationships
- Identify and recommend new artists for the agency roster
- Negotiate competitive photography fees and manage budgets globally
- Invoicing and artist and vendor payments in a timely manner
Qualifications – Required experience includes:
- At least 2 years + of experience in an agent/producer position at a photographic management agency
- Strong knowledge of the fashion, photography and advertising market
- Experienced liaising directly with clients to receive briefs and negotiate terms
- An entrepreneurial mind-set with a strong work ethic
- The ability to work the team and identify new up-and-coming photographers & artists
- Strong communication skills and be impeccably well organised
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel and various calendar, project software etc.
- Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe is a plus
East London, onsite 5 days a week, competitive salary D.O.E.
