We are currently recruiting for a Sommelier to join the Peter Street Kitchen at The Edwardian Manchester, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview:

As a Sommelier, you will work with the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service by leveraging your in-depth knowledge of food and beverage menus, guiding guests to suitable wine pairings.

You will maintain the wine stock, source new wines, and oversee training for Junior Sommeliers and the restaurant team.

The role involves overseeing restaurant service and ensuring all aspects of beverage service are impeccable.

About You:

You should have extensive knowledge of New and Old-World wines, understanding market trends and strategic positioning within the hotel and restaurant industry.

You must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership qualities to foster a fun and dynamic team environment.
