This role is for 24 hours per week.

Note: A Pool Responder qualification is required. Candidates without relevant certificates will be considered as training can be provided.

Responsibilities

As a Health Club Attendant, your duties include maintaining cleanliness and safety of the health club and changing rooms, providing excellent guest service, and supporting membership growth. Specific tasks:

• Cleaning of facilities
• Enforcing policies for a safe, welcoming environment
• Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Customer service and query resolution
• Reporting incidents and maintenance issues
• Ensuring health and safety compliance

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• NPLQ or Pool Responder certification
• Fitness Instructor Level 2
• PT Level 3
• Pool Plant Experience
• Customer service commitment
• Professional conduct and grooming standards
• Experience in gyms or health clubs
• Passion for fitness and wellness
