As a Primary/Secondary Teacher in King s Lynn, Norfolk, you will be part of an alternative education provision supporting young people with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Primary/Secondary Teacher Skills & Requirements:
We are looking for a committed and experienced Primary/Secondary Teacher in King s Lynn, Norfolk who brings:
- A strong track record of teaching in alternative or SEN settings (preferred).
- Experience supporting children with emotional regulation and challenging behaviours.
- Flexibility, reliability, and the resilience to manage emotionally demanding situations.
- Deep understanding of the National Curriculum and personalised learning approaches.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, SEND, equality, and behavioural frameworks.
- Confidence in behaviour management and applying trauma-informed practice.
- An inclusive, empathetic, and team-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
