We’re searching for a driven, confident and capable Sales Executive to join our growing business in Poole. If you know how to build rapport, close a sale, and provide outstanding customer account management -you’ll thrive here.

Why this role?

We’re the UK’s largest online reseller of automation products, supplying both trade and domestic customers across the UK and beyond. You’ll be selling to warm leads (not cold calling!), offering expert advice and helping customers find the right solution, then maximising every sale with smart upselling.

What you’ll be doing:

• Speaking with customers by phone, email and web chat
• Creating and processing quotes and orders accurately and efficiently
• Offering product advice and technical guidance (full training provided)
• Upselling and cross-selling across a wide range of products
• Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure quotes are correct and complete
• Taking ownership of the customer experience

What you’ll bring:

✅ A great phone manner and natural sales instinct

✅Previous proven success in a sales role

✅Confidence, energy, and a proactive attitude

✅Ideally, you’ve used HubSpot or similar

✅A detail-focused approach, with the ability to prioritise your workload

✅A desire to grow with a successful business
