As a Head Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining our grounds beautifully throughout the year to impress our guests.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key points about the role:

• No two days are ever the same; daily tasks may vary.
• Be prepared to get your hands dirty.
• Health & safety compliance is mandatory to ensure everyone\’s safety.
• Our gardens are the first impression for our guests; they must look perfect.
• Train and mentor new staff to uphold our standards.
• Participate in the Duty Manager rota as part of the leadership team.
• Recruit new talent when team members leave.
• Work collaboratively across departments, supporting each other as one team.
