HGV 1 Driver – Runcorn (WA7 1NT)

Pay: £16.00 – £20.00 per hour (PAYE)

Shifts: Early AM, Afternoon, Weekends available

Hours: Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day

HG Recruitment is looking for experienced HGV 1 Drivers to join a well-established retail distribution company in Runcorn. The role involves a mix of store deliveries (including cage work) and trunking. Fixed working patterns are available, with options for overtime and extra shifts.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• Monday to Friday: £16.00 per hour
• Saturday: £19.00 per hour
• Sunday: £20.00 per hour

Shift Start Times

• Monday to Friday between 02:00 and 04:00
• Monday to Friday between 13:00 and 15:00
• Weekend shifts also available

Benefits Include

• Minimum 8 hours pay per shift

Requirements

• HGV 1 licence with at least 6 months\’ experience
• No more than 6 minor points on your licence
• Valid Digital Tacho and CPC cards
• Understanding of driver hours, regulations, and Working Time Directive
• Strong geographical knowledge
• Customer-focused and professional approach
