The role involves planning maintenance activities and managing engineering stores to ensure parts are available for all work activities. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain maintenance plans to ensure efficient work completion with appropriate resources. Generate and forecast work orders with realistic timelines. Improve maintenance strategies for efficiency and reliability. Monitor KPIs and communicate performance metrics. Assist with machine history analysis to identify improvement areas. Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed. Ensure safety regulations and procedures are followed at all times. Engineering Stores Management: Oversee daily stock management, ensuring proper storage. Maintain stock criticality assessments and optimal stock levels. Pre-kit parts for major maintenance tasks to ensure availability. Conduct stock takes and resolve discrepancies. Seek cost savings by exploring alternative suppliers and pricing options. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in manufacturing or maintenance planning. Experience managing stock levels and stores. Background in a maintenance environment, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or biochemical sectors. Knowledge of business operations. Proficiency in IT tools, especially maintenance management systems like SAP and MS Office. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
