John Sisk & Son are looking for a Document Controller to join our Flood defence project. This position will be based in Derby and is part of our Sisk Infrastructure Business Unit.
The Document Controller will manage the Project Document Management system and digital field tool, implementing information management strategy and providing training and support to the project teams and end users.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project documentation
- Hosting Dalux training sessions
- Supporting project stakeholders
- Developing workflows
- Configuring change control processes
- Maintaining project files and reports
Experience required includes:
- Working with large data volumes
- Advanced knowledge of CDE and DFT
- Experience with Dalux
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards
Qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Understanding of BS 1192 and PAS 1192 or ISO 19650
- Experience with Dalux or similar platforms
