You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers This service is a purpose-built low secure hospital which offers personalised assessment and recovery-based treatment pathways, including a trauma specific pathway, for women with complex care needs **To be considered for this position you must hold a Full GMC Registration** As the Consultant Psychiatrist your key responsibilities include: · Ensure that people admitted are assessed, treated, and discharged safely · Quality assurance, complaints and co-production · Delivery of NICE guidance · Lead and manage the CPA and ICR process to ensure full compliance with quality standards The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: · Be innovative and imaginative with the ability to initiate corporate decisions · Have essential understanding of current developments in psychiatry and other aspects of mental health · Substantial knowledge of change management, relevant legislation, contemporary issues in mental health, knowledge of and experience in purchaser/provider contractual issues · Previous Consultant experience The successful Consultant Psychiatrist will receive an excellent Competitive Salary.
