Senior Investment Professional, European Activist Investor, Monaco
We are now working with a very successful European activist investor based in Monaco.
They are now looking to add a Senior Investment Professional/ Equity Analyst to their team.
The role will focus on
- the generation of investment ideas, conduct in-depth research, and select potential investments for the fund.
- Prepare for Investment Committee meetings and participate in investment decision-making; provide equity market context for investment decisions.
- Evaluate existing investments and identify opportunities for further engagement.
- Engage with portfolio companies’ management teams and Boards to execute the activist strategy.
- Communicate with fellow shareholders, sector experts, and investment banks; attend investor conferences.
- Support fundraising activities and relationships with the fund’s investors
They are interested in meeting senior investment/ fund management professionals from asset managers and hedge funds, who will have a very strong understanding of European markets. The successful candidate will probably have managed money and ideally have had experience in shareholder engagement.
