Rutronik Racing is looking for you as a motivated race mechanic (m/f/x) at our headquarter in Remchingen, Germany. If you are looking for a new challenge and want to contribute your skills, join our young and dynamic team.
Job objective:
- Preparation and maintenance of racing vehicles
- Work on racing vehicles on the racetrack and in international competitions
- Part of the Pitstop Crew
Tasks:
- Building the racing vehicles to the given specifications
- Maintenance of the racing vehicles based on the specified mileage
- Implementation of the technical specifications from engineering
- Careful documentation of modifications to the vehicle in consultation with the crew chief
- Use of the technical manual
- Preparation and training for operations on the racetrack, e.g. pit stop training
- Responsible implementation of the defined task during pit stops
- Care and maintenance of equipment
Requirements:
- Completed education as a mechanic/mechatronics engineer or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience, including in the professional GT3 racing environment
- Independent and careful way of working
- Teamwork and reliability
- Flexibility in terms of time and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Fluent language skills in German and English
- Class C/CE driving license including driver qualification certificate and valid driver card desirable
