We’re currently looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Uddingston Head Office. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Offering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors
  • Answering and directing incoming calls efficiently
  • Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Keeping our reception area tidy, organised, and presentable
  • Managing meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared
  • Organising courier collections and deliveries
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed

  • Competitive Salary: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage)
  • Hours: 21.5 hours per week - Wednesday and Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm
