Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and lead packaging projects from brief to final product, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Create fit-for-purpose packaging through testing and trials.
  • Manage technical specifications and resolve issues.
  • Assist sourcing and encourage innovative solutions from suppliers.
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Conduct value analysis for cost savings.
  • Build relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Brief suppliers, request samples and quotes, and re-source packaging if necessary.
  • Maintain packaging databases and specifications.
  • Support R&D with component testing and documentation.
