From upgrading our analogue Careline equipment to a new digital solution, to embedding asset-based community development across our work, we’re committed to helping people live safer, healthier, and more independent lives.About the roleAs aCommunity Support Officer (Careline Digital Switchover), you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our careline digital service switchover.You’ll work closely with internal teams and residents to:Implement the digital switchover for our Careline service.Review and improve processes and procedures to enhance service accessibility.Maintain and update customer databases.You’ll be part of a small, dedicated team that values innovation, collaboration, and community impact.About youYou’ll have experience of working in an environment that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills and will be passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service whilst working under pressure.
