A field based territory sales role selling a wide range of bricks, cladding, architectural stone and masonry products into national house builders, regional developers, architects and specifiers.
Package: £40k-£45k basic with an uncapped OTE (with top performers earning £90k+). Hybrid/Electric company car or PCP scheme, iPad, mobile, laptop, pension, life insurance, 25 days holiday and an annual leave purchase scheme.
Territory: Kent, Surrey and Sussex
Products: Bricks, cladding, architectural stone and masonry building material
Customers: National house builders, regional developers, contractors, architects and specifiers
The Role:
- A field based territory sales role selling a wide range of bricks, cladding, architectural stone and masonry products
- Selling into national house builders, regional developers, contractors and architects
- Inheriting a small portfolio of accounts to manage and develop, but to begin this will predominately be a new business sales role
- You will have access to Glenigans and an internal CRM system
- All accounts won will be retained, managed and developed by yourself
- There is a clear path for career progression, and one of the best commission schemes in the industry
The Successful Applicant:
- You will already have some field sales experience from within the construction industry
- This could have been gained from manufacturer, distributor or merchant
- You will possess first class communication skills and have a confident and proactive approach to business development
- Whilst looking to carve out a career, and not just looking for a job!
