We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with Ecommerce, SEO and Google Ads experience. This role is not for someone that has only used agencies for SEO / Google Ads, you should have hands on experience in the above. This is an office based role at Bennetts Hill, Birmingham.

Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our digital marketing strategy, including content creation, SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media and analytics. You will lead campaigns that engage our target audience, increase brand awareness and drive measurable results. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure that our digital efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
- Manage the company’s websites, ensuring they are optimised for user experience, SEO and conversions.
- Analyse and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights.
- Oversee and manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging and optimised content.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep strategies up to date.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns.
Requirements
2+ years managing Digital Marketing team
- Ideally from Digital Marketing Agency.
- Managed multiple Shopify ecommerce channels to trade and consumer.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Excellent understanding of website management and optimisation (basic HTML knowledge is a plus).
- Demonstrable experience in managing successful digital campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
