The Role:
- Work closely with the Operational Manager and Engineering Team.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation for the personnel, equipment, and maintenance.
- Coordinates all activities for the Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen services.
- Prepare detailed operational procedures for jobs to be executed safely and efficiently.
- Single point contact for all matters pertaining to CT operations.
- Attend all meetings required by customers and management.
- Prepare post job and post well reports, including recommendations on how to improve.
- Ensure the correct equipment is available.
- Ensure that all paperwork is handled in a timely manner.
- Produce monthly and annual reports.
- Work closely with all contractors.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years coiled tubing / nitrogen services experience.
- Hold related vocational and educational qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Full understanding of standard practices and HSE policies and procedures.
- Full working knowledge of both the Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen service lines including equipment maintenance and operation.
- High level of comfort and confidence in customer interactions.
- Confident on IT systems.
- Strong personality, willing to lead.
