A talented Content Designer / UX Writer is needed by a leading provider of travel and lifestyle benefits! Our client is looking for a confident and effective user advocate, who can collaborate closely with product designers, researchers, and product managers to create clear and user-friendly UX copy for their products.
Location: Manchester, 2 days/week (Hybrid). This is the team’s first dedicated Content / UX Writer hire, and you will join a rapidly scaling product design team. You’ll work across multiple clients / product streams helping design user experiences that communicate simply and effectively. Please note that the client cannot sponsor at this time.
The Content Designer / UX Writer’s responsibilities include:
- Writing clear, concise, and user-friendly copy for mobile and web products.
- Partnering with product designers, researchers, and PMs to shape user journeys through language and structure, as well as with localisation and legal teams.
- Leading content strategy across key projects, considering the full end-to-end experience and using insights from user research and analytics to inform content decisions.
The Content Designer / UX Writer must have:
- Experience in a content design, UX writing, or similar role within digital products, including working with localisation, global content, or multi-language platforms.
- A strong portfolio of real work that shows how you’ve solved user problems through content.
- Experience in B2C or B2B2C web or apps, ideally in finance, travel, or loyalty field.
