As a Partner Account Coordinator, you will support the Customer Services and Network Services departments, delivering a high level of customer service to partners, customers of partners, and internal stakeholders. You will need to be approachable, able to think on your feet, and solve problems daily.

What will you be doing?

  • First point of contact for Partner Account and Network Services related inquiries
  • Problem solving for partners, customers, and internal departments
  • Meeting customer and client expectations and SLAs
  • Collating accurate information for KPI reports and internal business reporting
  • Providing accurate data in a timely manner for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining a high level of customer/partner focus
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure optimal customer service
  • Managing partner agreements in the line manager's absence
  • Assisting with event coordination in the line manager's absence
  • Monitoring partner and operations queries to ensure appropriate and timely solutions, providing guidance as needed
  • Generating invoices for specific accounts or events as required
  • Distributing all partner communication bulletins
  • Coordinating track and trace systems where required
  • Actioning generic TPN emails to distribute inquiries effectively

Qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
