We are looking to contract our teams for the 2025 season. We are currently searching for coaches and activity leaders to join us for our holiday clubs in Knaresborough at Easter and Summer:
- Easter: 7th-17th April
- Summer: 21st July-29th August
We are keen to hear from candidates from sports, education, and childcare setting backgrounds. You may be a student studying a sports or education-related degree, a supply teacher, TA, or HLTA looking for work during the holidays, or a sports coach working in local schools and wanting holiday club work. If you have experience in working with children and sports, we want to hear from you!
Our holiday clubs run every single half term. We are flexible in the work we are able to offer to you according to your needs. For example, you may want to work only set half term or only a few weeks of Summer; we are able to cater to your requirements and offer as much work as you would like.
What will I be doing on camp? Our award-winning holiday clubs are brilliant places to work! You will be assigned a group of children to work with each day and provided with an activity timetable by your camp manager. Your role is to deliver amazing experiences for children aged 5-13 across a range of multi sports, arts & crafts, and outdoor adventurous games!
As a coach, your role is to be like a big kid! We want our coaches to get involved as much as possible during the day, which means taking part in dodgeball games, helping children build amazing dens, working together to solve team challenges, and jumping into swimming pools!
If you want to spend half terms and Summers making amazing memories with children, working alongside highly qualified coaches, receiving quality training and feedback while gaining invaluable experience in the industry, this role is for you!
Experience working with children is a prerequisite. Coaching or teaching qualifications are desirable, but not essential. All coaches must hold an Enhanced DBS, or we can assist in the application process.
For those wishing to gain more experience, limited placement opportunities are available. For our most exceptional staff, permanent work may be available in our partner schools throughout the school year.
