Milestone Education are recruiting for a dedicated and supportive Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role that offers greater responsibility and impact within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver learning activities under teacher guidance.
• Provide targeted support to pupils across a range of abilities and year groups.
• Lead whole-class sessions when required.
• Support the planning and assessment of pupil progress.
• Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

Requirements:

• HLTA Qualification or equivalent
• Previous relevant expereince working within a school setting.
• An Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
