We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated accounts receivable analyst to join our finance team. In this role you would work in a small team to perform full cycle AR duties (billing to cash application). The ideal candidate has a background in global SaaS billing and collections and is able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Review, analyze and post customer invoices ensuring accurate billing and tax treatment.
- Ensure client invoices are released timely to maximize DSO/Net Working Capital.
- Resolve customer billing issues, reconcile account discrepancies, and disputes, and assist customers and internal departments with problem solving needs.
- Ownership of AR aging with focus on preventing and clearing past due accounts.
- Daily cash application and bank reconciliations.
- Analyze billing trends, customer behavior, and feedback to inform process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Billing.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as NetSuite, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong understanding of Order to Cash transaction lifecycle.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to build and analyze reports.
- Customer service orientation and strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and implementing process improvements and automation.
We’d be particularly excited if you have:
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Stripe.
- Experience with customer portals (Ariba, Coupa).
- Understanding of VAT & Sales Tax.
- SaaS industry experience.
