Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging enrichment lessons aligned with school values and student developmental levels.

• Create a classroom culture that supports creativity collaboration critical thinking and a love of learning.

• Integrate Catholic values character development and a spirit of wonder into classroom activities.

• Collaborate with homeroom teachers and administrators to support cross-curricular connections.

• Encourage student expression and exploration through varied projects performances or presentations.

• Maintain a well-organized and welcoming learning environment.

• Monitor and assess student participation growth and progress.

• Communicate effectively with parents faculty and staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Education or a relevant content area (Masters degree preferred).

• Experience teaching in a school setting preferably with elementary or middle school students.

• Passion for Catholic education and the development of the whole child.

• Creative flexible and energetic teaching style.

• Strong classroom management organization and communication skills.
