The role:

  • Take an active role in writing and maintaining our aerospace market research reports
  • Support data analysis and modelling activities; this involves updating, executing, and improving our proprietary industry models
  • Support our bespoke consulting projects through market research, interviews, and analysis
  • Support the company on internal process improvements, such as improving automation or enhancing our products
  • The role is hybrid, but the candidate should be able to meet in Counterpoint’s office in Chesterford Research Park 3 days per week
  • The candidate should be willing and able to travel to clients and conferences

Experience and skills:

  • Bachelors degree with at least two years work experience
  • Prior experience in the aerospace industry (this can include work for an aerospace supplier, consulting in the aerospace industry, degree in aerospace engineering, etc)
  • Genuine interest in the aerospace industry
  • Data analysis skills, including work with large datasets. Excel is experience is required; experience with SQL is optional but desired
  • Abe to write clear and concise English prose
  • Able to communicate in a professional manner, particularly when conducting interviews or representing the company at conferences
