Join DESCCO as a Civil Concrete Foreman to lead concrete crews on commercial and municipal construction sites. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for planning, forming, pouring, and finishing concrete structures while managing labor, materials, and safety.

We specialize in municipal, industrial, and environmental construction, with a strong emphasis on water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead concrete crews in the layout, reinforcing, forming, placing, and finishing of concrete foundations, slabs, walls, and structures.
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Schedule daily activities and assign tasks to crew members.
- Ensure proper use and care of company issued concrete placing/finishing equipment.
- Maintain safety compliance on all job sites and ensure OSHA regulations are followed.
- Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to coordinate logistics.
- Monitor quality of workmanship and adherence to project specs and timelines.
- Assist hands-on as needed with forming, placing, and finishing concrete.
- Keep accurate jobsite documentation and promote a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or supervisory role in concrete construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of forming systems, finishing techniques, and concrete mixes.
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications with accuracy.
- Leadership skills to direct and motivate crews effectively.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused with a strong work ethic.
