Equation Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an employer seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established Commercial Department based in Rochdale. If you're confident advising on sales, leases, and refinancing - and ideally bring corporate transaction experience - this could be your next career move.
What you'll do:
- Advise on leases, landlord & tenant matters, sales, purchases, and refinancing
- Handle a full caseload of commercial property transactions
- Get involved in business sales, restructures, and partnership agreements (if experienced)
- Build long-term relationships with clients and take ownership of deals
- Collaborate with a supportive team that values your input and development
What you'll need:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
- Solid background in commercial property law
- Ideally some corporate law exposure
- IT-literate with strong communication skills and attention to detail

- £35,000 - £55,000 salary DOE
