A typical working week for our Wedding and Events Sales Executive will be Tuesday to Saturday or to meet the needs of the business.

Responsibilities as our ideal Weddings & Events Sales Co-ordinator will include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound emails and phone enquiries to take enquiries through to final details.

  • Liaising with prospective clients, providing detailed quotes and invoices as required.

  • Assist account management upfront with guidance, upselling and operational planning considerations.

  • Take ownership for new relationships and the development and securement of new business.

  • Meet and greet prospective clients and action from initial show round, confirmation and detailed transfer to account management following signed contracts.

  • Manage all customer contact; follow up enquiries with proposals leading to contract creation and accounting.

  • Attending, presenting and networking at exhibitions, events and internal meetings to perform duties and aid business development.

  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships, utilising our strong company values.

  • Ensure all current bookings, appointments are handed over to the relevant departments within an appropriate timeframe.

  • Show your loyalty to the NFH brand by promoting the business as a great place to work as well as to stay., Minimum GCSE (or equivalent qualification), grade ‘C’ or above in Math’s and English

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Good, confident telephone manner

  • A willing team player with a flexible working attitude

  • Practical and confident approach to problems solving

  • Organised and happy to work on own initiative.

  • Sales experience is preferred

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Weddings and Events Sales Executive to join our team based at our Central Support Office in Lyndhurst. Joining us on a full or part time permanent basis you will receive a competitive salary of £27,000.00 per annum plus commission (part time pro rata).
