Job Description: At INTEC Energy Solutions, we’re scaling fast — and that means finding exceptional talent to power our solar, BESS, and grid infrastructure projects across the UK. To keep pace, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who knows how to navigate the renewables space and can help us attract, assess, and hire the best. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for UK-based roles across Engineering, Construction, SHEQ, Project Management, and Commercial functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers (and a supportive HR lead) to scope roles, define success profiles, and build hiring plans.
  • Own and optimise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing strategies.
  • Craft compelling job adverts and hiring campaigns tailored to our fast-evolving brand.
  • Screen, assess, and recommend top-tier candidates — always with an eye on both capability and cultural fit.
  • Help build our talent pipeline and enhance employer branding efforts in the renewables space.

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record of recruiting within renewable energy, engineering, or infrastructure sectors (agency or in-house).
  • Experience hiring across diverse functions — from technical roles to senior leadership.
  • Confident sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other creative channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management: you know how to build trust, challenge constructively, and keep things moving.
  • Excellent written communication — job ads, outreach messages, and candidate comms all matter.
  • A hands-on, proactive style — this isn’t a process-only role; it’s a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-deliver one.
  • Based in the UK and legally able to work here.
