As the Finance Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping the future - It's an opportunity to lead change, modernise processes, and put your own stamp on a finance function that's poised for transformation.
Total honesty, you won't be stepping into a neat and tidy setup. And if that's what you're after - this won't be for you. There is work to be done, for example month-end currently takes around 2 weeks, the group want to align this to their deadlines so efficiencies need to be implemented to reduce the close time.
