Specialising in high-performance windows, doors, roofing, and framing solutions, they serve both residential and commercial markets through a trusted network of fabricators. Their fully integrated operation spans aluminium extrusion, painting, and finishing, delivering end-to-end solutions from design to technical support. As part of an international group with operations in the UK, France, China, and Poland, the company operates from a state-of-the-art 60,000m² facility, combining global reach with local expertise.

Role:

This newly created role offers a clear path to senior leadership as Head of Extrusions, with responsibility for Press Operations, Die Shop, and Packing, leading a team of approximately 150 people.

As part of your development, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of extrusion performance to inform planning and resourcing decisions.
  • Deputise for the Chief Production Officer (CPO) in their absence.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, die shop, and packing teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the engineering strategy and understand its impact on the department’s P&L.
  • Track and act on key KPIs such as productivity, scrap, uptime, and running speeds.
  • Support long-term planning for equipment upgrades and refurbishment.
  • Promote the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental performance.
