£27 per hour CIS, £22 per hour PAYE

Sellindge, Kent

We are working on a large industrial project in Sellindge and we are looking for 2 Shuttering Carpenters to join the site team. This is a long-term contract running until November 2025. Applicants must have previous site experience and hold a valid blue CSCS skills card.

As a Shuttering Carpenter your duties will involve:

  • Interpret construction plans and specifications to determine formwork requirements.
  • Measure and cut materials to construct forms for concrete placement.
  • Set up and dismantle formwork for various concrete structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards.
  • Install and align formwork according to project specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Repair and modify existing formwork as needed.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.

You must have:

  • Blue CSCS Card
  • NVQ Level 2
  • Previous site experience
  • Ability to work on your own and within a team

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm
