Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage Air freight shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation, including shipping instructions, bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
- Liaise with shipping lines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Negotiate freight rates and contract terms with shipping lines.
