THE START OF YOUR JOURNEY… We are seeking Temporary Stock Associates responsible for completing and organizing “Omni Channel orders” (Web to Store orders) including Kors Connect, Store Order Fulfilment, and Click and Collect. Key responsibilities include:

1. Operations
2. Preparing web to store orders for collection or delivery in a timely manner
3. Ensuring packages meet high standards and are clearly labelled
4. Completing orders accurately and on time, complying with service level agreements
5. Checking items against store requests for accuracy
6. Following safety procedures when lifting and moving heavy items
7. Reporting issues to management
8. Participating in inventories and preventing theft
9. Adhering to Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
10. Executing register functions properly
11. Following work schedules and attending meetings
12. Participating in training and store cleanup during closing shifts

1. Customer Service
2. Providing high-level customer service
3. Retrieving items from stockroom to fulfill orders
4. Resolving client problems quickly and effectively

• Experience in retail and luxury brands
• Teamwork skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Physical strength for lifting and carrying
• Familiarity with inventory software
• Ability to read invoices and packing slips
• Knowledge of safety procedures in stockrooms
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking skills
